I finally got a chance to wear my CHRISTmas gift gift this morning from my good friend walking my 4 year old Airedale Terrier,Whiskey.The Boots were FANTASTIC,and you don’t have to wear socks,and my feet were so warm.Its so easy to slip your feet in and out of the boot,and I never even slid on the Ice,but there’s not alot support for your feet.It feels like your wearing slippers.Now if I could find a glove to keep my hands from freezing,I’d be in heaven.

Ordered mens’s bearpaw boots and received women’s size 11 boots. E-mailed amazon 1 week ago and have not received a response. At this point I am naturally not satisfied.

I returned a pair of boots over a month ago and have not received a credit yet. If you call the 800 number they don’t take messages, they request you send an email. I sent an email and have NOT received a response as of yet, it’s been over two weeks. I did call Clausette 1-866-999-2668 and they haven’t returned my calls either. This IS crazy, I WILL NEVER buy another product from Clausette or AMAZON EVER AGAIN.

They will let you order, give you dates for processing and shipping….then Amazon will email you and tell you that the order has never been processed…We waited over 3 weeks to get a pair of boots with no emails returned from Clausette….Amazon get RID of this seller before they ruin your great service ratings..

I bought a pair of these boots for my husband in 2002 and they’re great! Still going strong. I’m ordering another pair this Christmas so he’ll have a spare pair!
